Unit Troop Weekend Sign-up Form - to register your unit to sell in the 2011 Military Troop Weekends.  Save the form and e-mail it to Kathy.Brooks@Scouting.org no later than October 1, 2011.

Popcorn Receipt – Fill in the highlighted fields (hitting the tab key will advance you to the next field) and print it out and cut it into 8 cards.  Your Scout can hand out to customers for any Show-n-Sell orders where popcorn was not available.  (The form will print without the highlights.)

Individual Scout Scholarship Form

Unit Fill-it-Up & $1,000 in Sales Registration Form  for CoCo Key Water Resort passes - Fill in the blanks on-line, save and e-mail to Kathy.Brooks@Scouting.org no later than November 1, 2011.  

• 30 lines = 1 sheet (Scout submits 3 order forms:  one has 2 lines filled in, one has 25 lines filled in, and the last one has 6 lines filled in.  Include his name for 1 fill-it-up sheet.)
• Submit one name for every fill-it-up sheet (John and Jim sold together.  They submit sheets that total 30 lines sold.  You can only submit one name.)
