What’s NEW for 2011?
Show-n-Sell orders you can only pre-order up to 5% more then you sold last year. Also, there will be no fines this year. Please have your unit follow all requirements so that you can achieve the 32% commission level or your commission will be reduced down to 30%. Here is the new commission structure which describes what we are doing this year:
Sales Commission for on-line, Show-n-Sell and Take Order are earned on sales from August 1st through November 1st.
30% Commission
32% Commission
- Sell $10 or above
- Attend a popcorn kickoff/training*
- Submit your Take Order unit order form and return any Show-n-Sell product if you participated by Tuesday, November 1st
- Pick-up popcorn at specified warehouse on advertised dates
- Pay your total popcorn invoice by Thursday, December 1st
- If you do not complete all of the above you are automatically returned to 30% commission.
34% Commission
- Complete 32% level
- Sell between $10 and $4,999
- 5% increase over 2010 sales
36% Commission
- Complete 32% level
- Sell $5,000 or more
- 5% increase over 2010 sales
38% Commission
- Complete 32% level
- Sell $25,000 or more
1% Bonus Commission
- Pay your total popcorn order (Show-n-Sell and/or Take Order) by November 1st. Checks may not be post-dated.
*Please note: it is the responsibility of the unit popcorn representative to sign the attendance roster at any qualified popcorn training event. Please see calendar. |
