• Show-n-Sell & Show-n-Deliver Popcorn Orders due August 29th.
• Butter Toffee Caramel Corn is not available during the Show-n-Sell.
• Chocolate items are non-returnable.  A signed chocolate product waiver must be submitted to Council if you want to sell any chocolate products during the Show-n-Sale.
• Show-n-Sell Popcorn Pick Up Date is September 10, 2011
  • You can pick up your Show-n-Sell popcorn September 9th if you help sort starting at 10:00 AM.  To sign up to sort contact Brian Dungan@Scouting.org.
  • If you cannot pickup your popcorn on the 9th or 10th, you MUST contact your district executive to schedule an appointment.  
• Unsold popcorn can be returned on November 1st. 
  • Check in with the receptionist before bringing any popcorn into the building.  Most popcorn will be stored in the pod in the parking lot.
  • If you cannot return your unsold popcorn on November 1st, you MUST contact your district executive to schedule an appointment to make the return when he/she will be in the office.  The receptionist cannot take a return at the counter.  
  • All returns MUST be in the Council no later than November 3rd or they will not be accepted.

Show-n-Sell Orders Through Trails-end Website - Units selling the three chocolate items MUST submit a waiver to Council.

• To place your Show-n-Sell Order through the Popcorn system(Preferred method) go to http://scouting.trails-end.com/TESales/

  • You are able to log-in using the Username and Password available through your popcorn kernel or district executive.  Go to Popcorn Contacts for their information.
  • Upon logging in you will be required to change your Username and Password to your e-mail address.  You must be able to send and receive messages from this account.
  • A confirmation code will be sent to this e-mail address for a one-time validation.
  • You will be responsible for your own account, so it is important that only you use your e-mail address.
    • Once you are logged in:
      • Go to Leader
      • Hit the Popcorn Sales tab
      • Scroll down to Popcorn System
      • Log in Username and Password
      • Use the same password as last year
      • If you are selling popcorn for the first time or have a new popcorn chair, please contact Brian Dungan at Brian.Dungan@Scouting.org for your Username and Password  or at (609) 419-1600 x31.
      • Go to Orders tab
      • Select Show-n-Sell
      • Put in your total unit order
      • Review Order entered
      • Hit Submit to council
      • Make arrangements to pick-up order on September 10th at Sunny Delight Beverages Inc. at 10 Corn Road, Dayton, NJ.  (You will be contacted with your unit pick-up time by Brian Dungan.

Show-n-Sell Unit Order Form – Sold by Cases only - Units selling the three chocolate items MUST submit a waiver to Council.
