Saturday – Council is closed; however, some business can be done through the Scout Shop. Please click here for more information.

Please note: the above hours are the normal hours of operation; however, all office personnel are not in the office every day during those hours. If you need to see anyone in particular, please note their designated hours below and call in advance for an appointment to make sure they are available. The Council's Professional staff do not have normal office hours.

The Scout Shop has agreed to work with the Council office regarding Saturday business. You can drop off/pick up items between 9 am – 2 pm provided you inform the Council office ahead of time. If you would like to pick up a purchase order for the store, please advise the Council office by noon on Friday. Please be aware that Certificates of Insurance cannot be processed on Saturday as there will be no one in the office to approve them.

Requests for other materials require 24 hours notice to the Council office so that we have time to prepare the requested materials.

Event/training registration payments should be in a sealed envelope to ensure that the payment stays with the original forms. All checks must be made payable to CNJC, BSA. Receipts for payments can be e-mailed or filed in your saddlebag, upon request.

Services not available on Saturdays: Processing of Tour Plans; Processing of Certificates of Insurance, Drop off/pick up of Eagle paperwork. Popcorn will NOT be available for pickup on Saturday unless prior arrangements have been made with your District Executive.
