Strategic Plan

2012-2016 Plan was adopted by the Executive Board on January 26, 2012.

Over an 8 month period the Council gathered numerous groups of Scouters to discuss what wasworking and what was not. The common themes identified were:

• Delivering programs efficiently, council-wide
• Building a culture of philanthropy/financial independence
• Operating units at a high, consistent level of quality
• Growing the program/inclusion reflects the population that we serve
• Coordinating our message, internally and externally/coordinated press stream
• Developing a long-term policy on properties (Capital/Asset Management Plan)
• Engaging board and leaders/accountability
