Fax in your Recruitment Flyer Request Form (available at www.cnjcscouting.org) by April 30th with your Fall Recruitment Round-up date, and your flyers, yard signs, youth and adult applications, and parent orientation booklets will be printed in advance and delivered to you at Program Launch!

MEMBERSHIP SUMMIT – Cub Recruitment

Many of you are aware that Cub Packs throughout the council have been fighting a downward membership trend. While we have taken many steps to combat these issues, they continue to be a concern. Fewer Cub Scouts mean fewer Boy Scouts, fewer Boy Scouts impact summer camp attendance and the negative trend continues.

Our goal is for every leader to be prepared for their upcoming recruitment campaign. To help ensure this, we ask that you join us for the Membership Summit – Cub Recruitment at the May 11th Program Launch at 9:00 AM. We will have coffee, tea, and a continental breakfast for your enjoyment. We will share both council plans and best practices from leaders like you. We hope to see every unit represented.
