Campership Program
Donate a Campership to a Deserving Scout
- Limited-Edition Campership Patch - $150 each - sponsor a Scout for a full week at camp for a (only 50 available)
- Limited-Edition Campership Patch - $100 each - sponsor a Scout for half a week at camp (only 100 available)
- Limited-Edition Campership Patch - $25 each - sponsor a Scout for one day at camp (only 150 available)

Day Camp Campership Application
Day Camp campership applications must be submitted by May 31st.
Separate applications MUST be submitted for each member of the family applying for a campership. Applications received after May 31st will be considered only if funds become available. Incomplete forms will NOT be considered.
Campership applications MUST include all mandatory information in order to be considered. Parent / Guardian's signature Unit Leader's signature
- Campership applications MUST be submitted with a $102.50 deposit to be considered.
- Campership amount requested should not exceed 50% of the cost of the early registration rate currently $205.
- Campership awards cannot be transferred to another camping season or to another Scout.
- Campership awards are not granted to adults.
- Campership application submission is NOT a guarantee of a campership award.
- Campership awards are only issued to Central New Jersey Council's registered Scouts attending CNJC's day camp program.
- Day Camp registration fees are paid directly to the Council Office and the outstanding balance of the registration fee MUST be paid by date indicated in the award letter.
- Campership award letters will be e-mailed to the parent/guardian of the Scout notifying them if a campership award was granted and at what amount. Notification will be made by June 15th.
Boy Scout Campership Application
Campership applications must be submitted by April 30th. Separate applications MUST be submitted for each member of the family applying for a campership. Separate applications MUST be submitted for each camp the Scout is attending. Applications received after April 30th will be considered only if funds become available. Incomplete forms will NOT be considered.
- Campership applications MUST include all mandatory information in order to be considered.
- Campership amount requested should not exceed 50% of the cost of the early-bird discounted rate for each camp.
- Campership awards cannot be transferred to another camping season or to another Scout.
- Campership awards are not granted to adults.
- Campership application submission is NOT a guarantee of a campership award.
- Campership awards are only issued to Central New Jersey Council's registered Scouts attending a Council-approved summer camp program.
- Camp registration fees are paid directly to the Council Office of the camp you are attending by the Scout or the Scout's unit.
Campership award fees will be deposited in the unit account or mailed directly to the Scout's parents depending who paid the fee to the camp only after the signed proof of attendance form is returned to the CNJC office.
Campership award letters will be e-mailed to the parent/guardian of the Scout notifying them if a campership award was granted and at what amount. Notification will be made by May 30th. Scouts receiving a campership award MUST supply proof of attendance. Proof of attendance form.
NYLT Campership Application
Campership applications must be submitted by the course due date listed. Separate applications MUST be submitted for each member of the family applying for a campership. Applications received after April 30th will be considered only if funds become available. Incomplete forms will NOT be considered.
Campership applications MUST include all mandatory information in order to be considered. Parent / Guardian's signature Unit Leader's signature
- Campership applications MUST be submitted with a $145 deposit to be considered.
- Campership amount requested should not exceed 50% of the cost of the $290 rate.
- Campership awards cannot be transferred to another camping season or to another Scout.
- A Scout who fails to attend NYLT forfeits the campership award and any refund request is subject to the Council's Camp Refund Policy.
- Campership awards are not granted to adults.
- Campership application submission is NOT a guarantee of a campership award.
- Campership awards are only issued to Central New Jersey Council's registered Scouts attending CNJC's NYLT program.
NYLT registration fees are paid directly to the Council Office and the outstanding balance of the NYLT registration fee MUST be paid by date indicated in the award letter. Campership award letters will be e-mailed to the parent/guardian of the Scout notifying them if a campership award was granted and at what amount.
